24/7 Growth is a sales operations platform that provides real-time dashboards, end-of-day reporting, commission tracking, team management, and related features for sales teams.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding the password used to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

4. Billing and Payments

Paid subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable. Payments are processed through our payment partner Whop. You agree to pay all fees associated with your chosen plan.

5. Data Ownership

You retain all ownership of the data you input into the Service. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your data. You may export or delete your data at any time.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability, and will provide reasonable notice when possible.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 24/7 Growth, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
